Moving into a home or handing back an empty property is easier when the cleaning scope is clear. Dar Al Mahara offers move-in and move-out cleaning in Qatar based on the property’s condition and the agreed work. Furniture moving and repairs are not automatically part of a cleaning booking.
Cleaning before you move in
An empty property can make floors, corners and empty cupboard interiors easier to reach. Mention recent renovation work and any furniture deliveries planned for the cleaning day. Agree on priorities before arranging the household’s arrival.
Cleaning after moving out
Schedule the visit after personal belongings have been removed where possible. Share photos and a list of the areas to be cleaned. If the property manager has specific cleaning requirements, identify the items you want included. Review the result against that agreed list; cleaning cannot guarantee a deposit refund or resolve pre-existing damage.
Build your cleaning checklist
- Rooms, corridors, floors and accessible corners.
- Kitchen surfaces and empty cupboards when included.
- Bathrooms and accessible fittings.
- Windows and glass within the agreed safe-access limits.
- Appliances or furnishings that need a separate request.
Arrange access before the visit
Confirm water, electricity and building entry procedures. Identify who will open the property and review the completed work. Leave time between cleaning and furniture delivery or handover, especially if upholstery washing requires drying time.
When to add a specialist service
For a more detailed home-cleaning scope, see house deep cleaning. If a bed will stay in the property, discuss mattress cleaning. Tell the team about paint or construction residue in advance. Scratches, faults and leaks need separate assessment and should not be treated as ordinary cleaning tasks.
Send the property type, room count, location, photos and handover date through Dar Al Mahara on WhatsApp to confirm the quotation and booking details.
