Mattresses differ in materials and construction. A mattress cleaning request in Qatar starts with the care instructions, available product details and the condition of the stains. Send your request to Dar Al Mahara to discuss a suitable method, realistic results and drying arrangements before booking.
Details to share before the visit
- The number and size of mattresses and whether one or both sides need cleaning.
- General photos, close-ups of stains and a photo of the care label.
- The material or model name, if known.
- Products already applied and approximately how long stains have been present.
- The mattress location, access around the bed and available room ventilation.
The material determines the approach
Water and steam are not suitable for every mattress. The team reviews the available information before agreeing on the treatment. Work may include removing surface dust and treating suitable stains. Complete removal of every stain or odour cannot be confirmed in advance; existing discolouration or internal damage may remain visible.
Prepare the bedroom
Remove sheets, pillows and the mattress protector. Clear space around the bed and mention if the mattress is particularly heavy or fixed in place. Avoid applying another cleaning product immediately before the appointment. Tell the team what has already been used so that the cleaning approach can account for it.
Allow time to dry
Drying depends on the material, cleaning method, ventilation and room conditions. Follow the team’s instructions and leave enough time before use. Do not replace bedding or a protector before the mattress has dried fully. If you need to use the bed that evening, explain this before booking so the timing and method can be discussed.
Quotation and related services
The quotation depends on mattress counts, sizes, sides included, condition and location. You can coordinate the request with house deep cleaning or move-in cleaning, with each service’s scope and price agreed separately.
